Four-time Major champion Rory McIlroy will race socialite Paris Hilton in the latest episode of Amazon Prime’s Grand Tour later this week.

Yes, you read that right. Rory McIlroy will buckle it up. What are the pair vying for? The title of “world’s fastest golf enthusiast” is what hangs in the balance.

McIlroy, whose last finish was a frustrating one-stroke defeat to Li Haotong Dubai Desert Classic, is making his first start on the PGA Tour at this week’s Pebble Beach Pro-Am.

The 28-year-old alongside Hilton will be featured in the show’s “Celebrity Face Off” segment, each going head-to-head driving a Jaguar F Type around the show’s gravel track at the former RAF Wroughton.

It’s a classic time trial event on the shows second season for Amazon video, with British car-enthusiast’s Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May.

Celebrity Face Off has seen huge stars take part this series, including, boxer Anthony Joshua, actor Kiefer Sutherland and cricket legend Kevin Pietersen.

World number eight, McIlroy, is a big car enthusiast, once buying one of Ian Poulter’s F12 Ferarri’s, and you can stream the episode featuring the pair from Friday on Amazon Prime Video.
