Englishman Ian Poulter continued his fine form on the PGA Tour by taking a one-shot lead into the final round of the RBC Heritage, BBC report.

Poulter, who ended a five year wait for a win two weeks ago at the Houston Open, claiming the final Masters place in the process, made four birdies in a superb round of 67 to leave himself on -12 heading into Sunday’s final round.

American Luke List is one of Poulter’s nearest challengers as he also carded a third round of 67 to share second spot with Korean Si Woo Kim on -11.

With thunderstorms forecasted for the final day, tournament officials have taken the decision to bring the final round tee times forward in a bid to miss the stormy conditions.

Poulter will be heading out in the final group on Sunday, hoping he can dodge those storms and march towards his second title in three weeks, after previously going five years without one.
