Rory McIlroy won 80% of his duels and sits four shots off leader Spieth after and up and down round of 70 yesterday. He will need to make a very quick start on Friday if he is to get back into contention stand any chance of completing the career grand slam at the age of 26.

Former Masters champion Adam Scott won 70% of his duels. Many golf coaches like the great Butch Harmon are in awe of his golf swing and call it one of the ‘best on tour’.

Australian Jason Day only won a staggering 25% of his battles which is unbelievable as he is one of the longest players on tour, not forgetting he is the world number one!

Austrian Bernd Wiesberger won no duels. The 30-year-old is one of the longest on the European Tour and hoping to make Darren Clarks Ryder Cup team.

Bubba Watson, Justin Rose, Dustin Johnson and Lee Westwood also won no battles which is hard to believe as they are some of the longest hitters in the world in Watson and Johnson and most accurate in Westwood.
