Puma-Cobra has signed Bryson DeChambeau as he looks set to make his professional debut this week at the RBC Heritage Open, according to the National Golfer Club.
The American, who became only the fifth player to win the NCAA Men’s Individual Championship and the U.S. Amateur in the same calendar year, has also clinched a deal with Bridgestone to use their golf ball, the B330’s, and the Bridgestone glove.
The 22-year-old tweeted: “I’m excited to announce that along with turning pro, I’ve joined the Puma-Cobra Family.”

The man from California said in a press conference in the build-up to the RBC Heritage that Puma-Cobra helps complements his desire to innovative. He said: “I believe that I found the perfect partner in Cobra-Puma Golf.
“The brands complement my style, attitude and desire to be innovative, while allowing me to continue to be myself, and think outside the box. I’m really thrilled to be part of this cutting-edge and creative company.”

So finally, what’s in his bag?
To start from the top, the American will be using the new Cobra King F6+ Pro 7 driver. He will also be using the new fairway wood which will be the Cobra King F6 and the new King Utility Iron. He will have the new Edel prototype KBS Tour C-Taper Lite 115X irons from a three iron to pitching wedge, with three other Cobra King V grind wedges from 50, 55 and 60 degrees. He will also be using the new Edel prototype putter.
