THE FINAL INSTALMENT OF THE PGA TOUR’S 2017 SEASON IS UPON US. ONCE AGAIN THE TMEME OF THIS YEAR HAS BEEN REPEATED, PRODUCING INCREDIBLE GOLFERS INSIDE THE TOP 30 OF THE FEDEX RANKINGS AND TWO OPENING DAYS FILLED WITH BLOCKBUSTER GROUPS. INCLUDING THE LIKES OF JORDAN SPIETH, DUSTIN JOHNSON AND GOLF’S NEWEST MAJOR WINNER JUSTIN THOMAS, COMPETING FOR A $10 MILLION PRIZE.
It’s all came down to this. 36 PGA Tour events, four Majors, four World Golf Championships and the first three installments of the FedEx Cup Playoffs, the 2017 PGA sis drawing to a close, in dramatic fashion at the Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club, Atlanta.
30 players have advanced through an unbelievable season, with 11 first-time winners including Kevin Chappell at the Texas Open and Jon Rahm with his Farmers Insurance victory.

The big guns lead the way with Marc Leishman squeezing his way to fourth after his popular win at the BMW Championship last week.
Justin Rose has become a fierce contender after starting the playoffs in 32nd place he has jumped up to eighth with three straight top-10s, including last week’s T-2 in Boston. The Englishman has experience round East Lake, twice coming runner-up and noting his worst finish in his last four starts is 6th.

Spieth and Thomas are grouped together for the first two rounds. Scheduled to tee off at 2:00 p.m. (ET) for their first round. Masters champion Sergio Garcia will tee off at 12:00 p.m. alongside Greenbrier Classic champ, Xander Schauffele, who was 6-under through his final six holes in Boston to make the cut to East Lake.
