Tiger Woods and Steve Stricker have been named as vice-captains for the Ryder Cup.
United States captain Jim Furyk picked the duo to serve in their roles for the tournament, which is due to take place at Le Golf National in Paris at the end of September.
The USA will be trying to defend the cup, which they won comfortably at Hazeltine in 2016.

Of his vice-captain selections, Furyk said:
To win in Paris will be a great challenge. To have Steve and Tiger share the journey is important for me and for American golf,
Their knowledge and experience will be an invaluable resource in our effort to retain the Ryder Cup.
Woods last appeared at the Ryder Cup in 2012 at Medinah, whilst Stricker last served as an assistant to US captain Tom Watson in 2014 at Gleneagles.
With reference to Woods, Furyk said:
I’d like to do what’s best for Tiger,
If he could be valuable as a player, I’m sure we would want him playing on this team but I’m anxious to see how he plays this year.
