Woods and Rose one off lead heading into final round
Tiger Woods and Justin Rose are both just one shot off the lead going into the final round of the Valspar Championship in Florida after both carding superb third rounds, Sky Sports report.
Woods, the 14-time major winner is on eight under after a four-under-par 67, meanwhile Englishman Rose is also on eight under after he carded a five-under 66, the second lowest of the day.
Both players are now breathing down the neck of Canadian leader Corey Conners, who carded a three-under 68 to keep hold of the outright lead.
Woods, who last won on the tour in August 2013, is joined in second by Rose and fellow American Brandt Snedeker.
The former world No 1, who is playing in just his fourth PGA Tour event since a fourth back surgery, is looking in fine form ahead of his Masters return at Augusta National, and a win in Florida on Sunday would do his confidence the world of good heading into the first major of the year.
