Colleagues Jordan Spieth and Patrick Reed are set to put their friendship to one side as the pair prepare to come face-to-face in the Dell Technologies Match Play, according to ESPN.
The duo have performed brilliantly together in the Ryder Cup having lost just two of their 11 matches when playing together so far.
The World Golf Championship kicks off on Wednesday in Austin, incidentally where Spieth played much of his early career.

Spieth has won nine of his 19 matches as individual on the match play stage since turning pro, and Reed has won eight of 16 individual matches in the match play format.
The pair won’t come up against each other until Friday, whilst they have also been drawn with Charl Schwartzel and Li Haotong from China for the event.
The round robin section begins on Wednesday with the winners of the 16 groups advancing through to the weekend’s elimination stage.
