Tiger Woods has admitted that he is really pleased with just being back playing golf and believes that it is better for him to not be labelled as a ‘favourite’ for events, according to a report on Reuters.
Woods had a disappointing Wells Fargo Championship last week and finished in 55th place as his putting woes continued.
The American couldn’t get any momentum throughout the event but knows exactly what he needs to work on for the remainder of the year.

Woods is due to start his Players Championship campaign tomorrow, which is an event that he won back in 2013. The fans have loved seeing him back in action but for Woods is just happy to be playing.
Trust me, I’m fully aware of how special this is for me. I’m just so thankful to be able to have this opportunity again because I didn’t know if I would ever have had (it).
The 42-year-old could barely walk a year ago as he battled with a major back problem but he has made a swift recovery.
As long as he keeps improving his performances steadily, then he will have a chance at lifting a trophy sometime soon.
