Tiger Woods will partner former NFL quarterback Peyton Manning for the pro-am at the Memorial Tournament in Ohio.
Woods announced his intention to enter the tournament yesterday, and today it was revealed that he will take to the links for the charity event with Manning.
The 42-year-old Woods has won the PGA Tour event on five occasions, and will be hoping familiar surroundings at Muirfield Village Golf Club will be enough to propel him to 80 career wins on the tour.

Easing him into the week though, will be two-time Super Bowl winner Peyton Manning. The pair have formed professional-amateur partnerships on two previous occasions, in 2005 and 2009 respectively – at a time when both were titans of their respective sports.
Understood to have kept a close friendship since, Manning will have the chance to show the former world number one the improvement she’s made since retiring from football in 2016.
Woods has ranked in the top 12 finishers at four PGA Tour events so far this calendar year – an impressive feat for someone not too far removed from significant back surgery.
