The best golfers from Europe and the United States will descend on Le Golf National in France to determine who will win the sport’s premier team competition.
Westwood has appeared in ten Ryder Cups, winning on seven occasions.
Harrington boasts six appearances, McDowell four, and Donald has also taken to the links for Team Europe four times.

With Bjorn’s three showings and existing vice-captain Robert Karlsson’s two, the European brass have a staggering 29 combined appearances between them.
The points-based system will determine eight of the twelve golfers selected to the team, with four wildcards reserved for Bjorn and his vice-captains to hand out as they see fit.
Under that selection criteria, the mandatory eight selections would be Tommy Fleetwood, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy, Tyrrell Hatton, Justin Rose, Paul Casey, Henrik Stenson, and Sergio Garcia.
