Northern Irishman Rory McIlroy birdied the last two holes to go into Sunday’s final round of the BMW PGA Championship in a share of the lead, Sky Sports report.
McIlroy, the 2014 winner, struggled during his third round, however, managed to birdie the 17th and 18th to card a one-under 71 at Wentworth.
Italian and Ryder Cup team mate Francesco Molinari carded a superb third round 66, which included six birdies and no bogeys to jump up the leaderboard.

The pair have a four shot lead over Englishman Ross Fisher and Sam Horsfield, who both are on nine under par heading into the final round.
It could have been a lot worse for McIlroy, who took a three shot lead into the weekends play, when he blew that lead inside the first six holes on Saturday.
With a risk of thunderstorms, tournament officials have brought forward Sunday’s tee-times, meaning McIlroy will play his final round alongside Molinari and Fisher.
