Tiger Woods has revealed that he is feeling “blessed” ahead of this week’s PGA Championship at the Bellerive Country Club, according to a report on the Express.
Woods promised earlier in the week that he would try his best to improve from his poor performance at the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and it seems that he has already brushed that event under the carpet as he focuses solely on the PGA Championship.

The 42-year-old is still seeking his first victory since returning from a back injury and with this being the last Major of the year, he’ll be hoping to be up there challenging for victory.
Woods is a four-time PGA Championship winner but he is trying to remain grounded heading into the event, stating that he feels lucky to even be on a golf course.
When speaking about how he feels, Woods said:
Blessed. Very blessed. As I was saying earlier, I didn’t really know if I was going to be here or not at this level and very blessed to be here.
Certainly, I can’t do what I used to do 10, 15 years ago, but I’m still able to hit the majority of my shots, and I’ve had to learn a golf swing that is restricted.
I needed Monday off so I spent a few times in the ice bath just trying to get some inflammation down and just trying to get ready for the rest of the week. I had a lot of stretching. Did a leg lift yesterday as well and was ready to go for today.
The event commences tomorrow and players will be competing for a purse of €10,500,000.
