Tiger Woods finished as the runner-up in the PGA Championship at the Bellerive Golf Course, with Brooks Koepka holding his nerve to secure the victory, according to a report on The Scotsman.
Four-time PGA Championship winner Woods was pushing to seal his first victory since returning to action but could not manage to overcome Koepka.

Koepka entered the final day of the tournament with a two-shot lead and he went on to win the event by being two shots clear of Woods.
The victory means that Koepka has won the US Open and the PGA Championship in the same year, a feat that has only been achieved by Woods, Gene Sarazen, Ben Hogan and Jack Nicklaus.
Koepka was understandably pleased with the victory and when speaking after the event, he said:
Three Majors at 28, it’s a cool feeling. It really is.
When I look at what I’ve done in the past two months, it’s incredible. Looking where I was, sitting on my couch watching the Masters, and to think I would do this, I would have laughed at you and told you there was no way, no chance, and to do it is really incredible.
My doctors, physios, trainers, everybody did an unbelievable job even to get back out on the golf course, and to do what I’ve done is very impressive. I can’t even believe it.
Woods is still seeking his first major title since 2008 but was pleased with the way he performed to give himself the best possible chance of victory.
