The 42nd Ryder Cup tournament gets underway on Friday at Le Golf National in Paris, France.
Team USA are the reigning champions and have travelled to East hoping to defend their title, but a strong Team Europe will be hoping to claim victory on home soil.
At the opening ceremony, the first four matches of the tournament were announced as captains Thomas Bjorn and Jim Fury named their pairings for the first morning.
Here are the first fourball matches that we’ll see as the tournament kicks off.
Match One: Brooks Koepka and Tony Finau vs. Justin Rose and Jon Rahm
Team USA have sent out Brooks Koepka, the reigning US Open and USPGA champion first. Along with Tony Finau, he’ll take on Spain’s Jon Rahm and Fed-Ex Cup winner Justin Rose.
Match Two: Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler vs. Rory McIlroy and Torbjorn Olesen
There will be some big drivers of the ball on show in Match Two as Dustin Johnson and Rickie Fowler take on Rory McIlroy and Torbjorn Olesen.
Match Three: Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas vs Paul Casey and Tyrrell Hatton
It’s USA v England in Match Three as Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas take on Paul Casey and Ryder Cup rookie Tyrrell Hatton.
Match Four: Patrick Reed and Tiger Woods vs. Francesco Molinari and Tommy Fleetwood
All eyes will be on Tiger Woods as he and Patrick Reed take on Open champion Francesco Molinari and Ryder Cup rookie Tommy Fleetwood.
